Did Purrplelace have a breeders license when I purchased my kitten in June 2011 (died June 2011) Well I was informed today by animal control in Jacksonville, Florida than indeed she did not have a breeders license. Now that brings the question of how can they give breeding rights if they do not even have a breeders license Hmmmm........ looks like the IRS has been duked! Now thats not right now is it?
